Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Youth Mentor to help teenage girls in a therapeutic setting as they progress on their healing journey. The position involves building rapport with students through shared experiences and is a key part of the healing process.
Requirements
- 19+ years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Able to pass background check
- Able to pass motor vehicle record check
- Current Utah driver's license (within 30 days of employment)
- Works well within a team
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- Good judgement
- Safety-oriented
- Firm, healthy boundaries
