Office Manager

Disguise is seeking an Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the Atlanta office and provide an amazing experience for employees, guests, and customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies, vendors, and services, creating a positive and welcoming office environment, and serving as the local host for visiting customers and global teams.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in office management, customer service, or hospitality
• Experience building out a positive office culture
• Proven experience coordinating office meetings, calendars, and internal events
• Experience greeting and hosting external visitors in the office
• Experience managing external vendors and services
