The Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator is responsible for the configuration, operational support, administration, and performance tracking for instance of Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce.com technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and all related policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Administration and/or implementation
- Bachelor's degree in business/technology systems or relevant work experience
- Deep understanding of Salesforce.com technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and all related policies and procedures
- Experience with customer reporting, modifying pages, views, and dashboards
- Experience with Force.com/VisualForce development platform
- Experience working with workflows and triggers to automate tasks
- Ability to work/meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written skills
