Registered Manager

Our client is a passionate organization helping children and young people with learning disabilities and special educational needs (SEN) live happy, safe, and fulfilling lives. They are opening a 3-bed Ofsted-registered children's home in South Norwood for children aged 8 to 18 years old and are looking for a Registered Manager to lead the home, shape its culture, and inspire a brand-new team.

Requirements

• Lead the day-to-day running of the children's home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations.
• Recruit, train, and inspire your staff team to deliver exceptional person-centred care.
• Develop individual care plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals.
• Promote safeguarding, emotional well-being, and positive outcomes for all residents.
• Work closely with families, local authorities, and other professionals to ensure joined-up support.
• Manage budgets, oversee audits, and drive continuous improvement across the service.
