Executive Field Sales (FMCG , Johor)

Sell products/services to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives, with general responsibilities including managing operating expenditures, implementing action plans, and tracking progress against key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Diploma or professional qualification in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or a related discipline
• Basic knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
• Basic knowledge in assigned territories/products/services and strong selling skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic research and analytical skills
• Proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
