Executive Assistant

We're looking for an organized, proactive, and high-energy Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO and help keep our fast-moving organization running smoothly.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field
• Experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly
