Job Description
As a Service Technician for Piedmont Service Group, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems according to company standards. You will also be required to provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a Commercial/Industrial Service Technician
- Valid NC drivers' license and CFC certification
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Strong communication and documentation skills
