Join Doctolib's Technical Onboarding program as a Technical Services Engineer and support users in onboarding our operating system for healthcare professionals. Your mission will be to provide technical support and implement our products, and you will be part of the solution and optimization of processes within Customer Care.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in dealing with users on site, by phone, or via online meetings (B2B, B2C)
- Advanced IT knowledge for IT infrastructures, networks, VPNs, and their configuration
- At least fluent language skills in German and English (C1 level according to the language reference framework)
- Programming experience in JavaScript and Python, as well as SQL databases with demonstrable successes and projects
- A high level of curiosity and motivation for our products, technical aspects, processes, and transformations in the company
