Requirements
- First experience in sales, sales development, or lead generation
- Communication skills and the ability to communicate on an equal footing with decision-makers in Pharma, MedTech, and HealthTech companies.
- Structured and proactive working style - you know how to keep track of many leads.
- Safe handling of CRM tools (e.g. Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce) or willingness to quickly get started.
- Team player mentality - you work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and other teams.
- Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking.
