Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Advisor or similar role
- Strong understanding of recruitment and selection techniques and best practices
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using recruitment software and MS Office Suite
