1 year of work experience as a Tradesperson / Carpenter / Joiner, AQF Certificate III in Carpentry or higher qualification or equivalent, English: IELTS score of 5.0 overall (or equivalent)
Mechanical Fitter
2+ years of experience, trade qualification, strong understanding of mechanical systems
Boilermaker
Completed qualification, experience in steel fabrication/welding, and excellent attention to detail
Aged Care Worker / Aged Care Worker Trainee
2 years of work experience, relevant qualification or 3 years of work experience, IELTS score of 5.0
Area Manager
At least 3 years proven experience as an Area Manager or in a similar managerial role within the food retail industry. Fluent English. Relevant qualifications in retail management, hospitality, or business administration
Concreter
Experience in operating a concrete boom pump, relevant High Risk Work License, and Construction Induction Safety certificate
Fabricator/Welder
Trade qualifications, steel fabrication/welding experience, and excellent attention to detail
CNC Machinist
At least 2 years of experience in the field, trade qualifications or certifications, and strong mechanical aptitude
Disabled Care Worker / Disabled Care Worker Trainee
2 years of experience as a Disabled Care Worker, or 12 months of experience as a Disabled Care Worker Trainee
Cabinetmaker
