Senior Project Engineer

We're hiring a Senior Project Engineer to drive construction projects from concept to closeout, with a focus on technical know-how and leadership savvy. The role involves managing key components of projects, collaborating with project managers and superintendents, and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in construction (commercial, industrial, or TI preferred)
• Education: Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture—or equivalent hands-on experience
• Technical Skills: Confident with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project; strong understanding of construction sequencing, cost control, and safety protocols
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong communicator, problem-solver, and collaborator. Detail-driven but always seeing the big picture
