Financial Analyst

We are seeking a proactive Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Financial Analyst will analyze financial statements to evaluate investment opportunities, create financial modeling for investors, and recommend individual investments and collections of investments.

Requirements

• Leading all activities in financial and legal workstream to achieve financial close.
• Present weekly updates to Sr. Management and apprising them of risks involved.
• Monitor timelines and ensure they are adhered to agreed timelines.
• Manage transaction advisors deliverables in line with the agreed scope of work.
• Ensure project delivery on agreed timeline.
• Update and build scenarios on financial models.
• Prepare templates for raising funds through debt and equity.
• Assist in dealings and negotiations with banks and project sponsors for debt and equity raise.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts for PPP projects and other business units of the company.
• Ensure that expenditures are authorized, approved, and supported by adequate documentation.
• Undertake basic financial analysis (i.e. budget variance) to support information needs.
• Assess and structure projects/bids to maximize the potential for commercial financing and catalyzing additional sources of capital.
• Providing insights on projects, reports, agreements, and other project documents related to PPP projects.
• Lead in project negotiations with the Client, and other third-party contractors and subcontractors.
• Review legal documentation for projects.
• Maintenance of timesheets.
• Review of financial documents.
• Understanding financial model, creating scenarios for investors, analysis of IRR and cash flows of the project.
• Being involved in financing workstream of projects and working towards achieving lower rate of interest.
• Supporting higher management in efforts to get EBL facility.
• Handle insurance workstream of the project along with seniors.
