Job Description
Donor Network West is seeking a Supervisor, Recovery Services to provide leadership and continuity to recovery services operations in a 24x7x365 department. The role is responsible for personnel management, policy development, process improvement, and providing support to the management team and Medical Directors. The Supervisor will ensure optimal staffing, assist with donor suitability assessments, and support staff development while maintaining a high quality of service to ensure all donor potential is maximized.
