Localization Manager

Donorbox is a leading fundraising platform and donor management system for nonprofit organizations. We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Localization Manager to own and scale our global presence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of dedicated experience in a Localization Manager or Senior Localization Project Manager role
• Proven, hands-on experience as a power user and administrator of Phrase TMS
• Basic proficiency or strong conceptual understanding of technical localization elements
• Expertise in Jira for project management
• Strong experience managing localization across both Product (Software) and Marketing content
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, agile environment
