Ocean Freight Procurement Coordinator

The Procurement Coordinator provides high-level support to the Procurement Managers and oversees procurement activities across the freight forwarding business, ensuring adherence to procurement policies and processes while supporting the timely and cost-effective execution of procurement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 1-3+ year’s experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
• Extensive experience across procurement processes, projects, and end-to-end supply chain management
• Strong capability in vendor management, contract negotiations, and contract drafting
• Solid understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and compliance requirements
• Proficient in contract management systems, computerised procurement platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
