Energy Marshall

The Energy Marshall will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of electrical work on active construction projects. This includes controlling hazardous energy, overseeing lockout/tagout procedures, and managing all temporary and permanent power systems on the jobsite.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and energy isolation practices
• Proven ability to implement and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills
• Ability to foster effective relationships with teams and stakeholders
• Safety-first mindset with strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
