Job Description
Our client is looking for a Sr. Accounting Manager to join our rapidly growing global accounting team. The Accounting Manager will assist with leading the team to build and develop scalable operational accounting and month-end close processes.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
- CPA required
- Experience or knowledge of capital markets
- Experience with major ERP systems required (Netsuite and Enfusion preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong process improvement skills
- Ability to work under time pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Positive attitude and ability to be flexible to changing priorities
- Highly organized executor with ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Goal oriented, system-level thinker
- Independent operator with ability to navigate ambiguity
