Job Description
dubizzle Egypt is seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to generate sales for the company. The role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing product/service information, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent people skills and a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
Requirements
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
