Ducera Partners is a leading investment banking and strategic advisory firm seeking an Associate to join its Growth Equity Investing / Mergers & Acquisitions team. The successful candidate will be involved in the development, structuring, and financing of transactions, as well as supporting the negotiation and evaluation of investment transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent)
• Interest in pursuing a career in investing in innovative growth stage companies
• Knowledge of and experience in mergers and acquisitions
• Excellent leadership records
• Strong background in financial modeling, finance, and accounting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding project management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
