Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for greeting customers, taking drink/food orders, mixing ingredients, serving beer and other beverages, and completing transactions. Provides the highest quality of service to customers and associates at all times.

Requirements

• Greet customers and take food orders; provide information about products and look for opportunities to 'up-sell' products
• Follow recipes and/or product directions for mixing beverages
• Collect payments and operate cash registers for drinks and/or food served following company established cash handling policies and procedures for all transactions
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and deal with intoxicated guests
• Follow all HMSHost customer service, adult beverage and cash handling policies and procedures
• Ensure a clean, sanitized and well stocked bar
• Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
