HMSHost is seeking a Cook CD - Standard to prepare cooked foods in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The role involves various station functions, communication, maintaining food safety, and providing excellent customer service. The cook will collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality food and beverages.
Requirements
- Follow recipes and/or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving and serving food items.
- Keep records and order supplies and equipment based on production plans.
- Practice excellent food safety and sanitation practices.
- Operate kitchen equipment and adhere to HACCP standards.
