As a Shift Manager II at HMSHost, you will assist Branch management in executing complex QSR or Casual Dine restaurant management operations, ensuring the restaurant is clean, ready for business, and operates to high standards.
Requirements
- Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures
- Assists the GM/AGM in managing day-to-day activities of associates
- Ensures compliance with company adult beverage policies
- Participates in the interview process and recommends termination, advancement, or promotion of associates
- Assigns work tasks and ensures all shifts are covered
- Ensures all associates take mandated rest breaks and meal periods
- Operates cash register and maintains proper security of cash
- Monitors compliance with wellness and safety procedures and reports any safety concerns
- Places orders for individual units and receives goods
