Director of Information Technology (Global)

Duke Corporate Education is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead our global technology strategy across a multi-site, international organization operating in 4 countries. The Director will act as both a credible technologist and a strategic partner, working closely with client-facing teams and functional leaders to identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and enhance how we deliver value.

Requirements

• Define and execute global IT strategy aligned to business priorities
• Own enterprise AI strategy, governance, and adoption
• Maximize Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Copilot and Power Platform
• Ensure compliance with data protection and client standards
• Lead and develop global IT team
• Drive proactive, solutions-oriented culture
• Experience operating in a global, multi-site environment, ideally across multiple regulatory jurisdictions
• Proven track record of leading technology-enabled business transformation, not just infrastructure management
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to drive adoption across functions without direct authority
