As a Concept Developer at Dura Vermeer Bouw Hengelo, you will give spatial ambitions shape - from the first sketch to the convincing story that takes ondersgevers and municipalities with our vision.

Requirements

• A keen eye for spatial quality and a strong sense of feasibility.
• Experience with tenders, building design, urban planning, and/or concept development in the construction or real estate sector.
• The ability to translate complex issues into clear, inspiring concepts.
• Excellent presentation skills: you can enthuse, convince, and connect.
• Knowledge of local policy and a feel for the dynamics between municipality, developer, and market. Preferably in the North-East region. A network in this region is a plus.
• You're a true team player who takes ownership and thrives in an environment where hard work is done and no day is the same. You know where the quality lies, but also where you can let the reins loose.
• Ideally, you have five years of work experience, a higher education diploma or Academy in the direction of architecture / urban planning.
