Director of Contracts

Dynamic Aviation is seeking a highly qualified Director of Contracts with extensive experience in the defense and aviation industry to lead a dedicated team and oversee all contract-related activities within the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, or related field; Juris Doctor (JD) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in contract administration or legal advisory roles preferably involving U.S. government contracts within the defense or aviation industry.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing complex contracts.
