Job Description
e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Manager, Project Management of NPD & LCM to drive product realization from concept to delivery. The role involves collaboration with various teams, process improvement, and supplier management within the FMCG/Cosmetics industry. e.l.f. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above in international trade, business administration, etc.
- Professional supply chain management certificate is a strong plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of product development or purchasing experience in FMCG, Cosmetics industrials.
- International supplier communication and project management, process setup experience is preferred.
- Team player with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent in written and oral English.
