Job Description
The Group Leader plays an integral role in the summer camp program's success by fostering a welcoming and engaging community through effective classroom management, social-emotional learning (SEL) competencies, and team-building activities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working with Elementary, Middle, or High School students in an after school or summer camp setting
- Experience working with diverse populations (academic, cultural, and ethnic)
- Committed to continuous improvement and learning through professional development
