Requirements

• Develops and executes on a real estate development, capital improvements, and facility management strategy
• Coordinates and follows through on development details with various departments
• Evaluates potential sites, conducts due diligence, and secures financing and approvals for affordable housing and other development projects
• Facilitates partnerships among developers, community-based organizations, capital partners, and governmental partners
• Manages project construction and resolves issues related to schedule, local permits, and change order requests
