Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field with 8+ years of supervision and administration experience, and licensure/certifications as a Qualified Health Professional
Part time Awake Overnight Counselor
High school diploma or equivalent and some paid human services experience
Assistant Program Manager
Associate’s degree in a human services–related field and 2+ years of related experience or equivalent experience in lieu of education
Health Home Plus Care Manager
Requires a Master's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a qualifying field, or a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience
Service Coordinator I (2 needed)
High school diploma/equivalent or associate/Bachelor's degree. 4-6 years of human services experience or 2-4 years with experience. Skills in counseling, crisis assessment, and client monitoring
Relief Counselor
High School Diploma/equivalent with human service experience. NYS license/certifications, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills are required
Crisis Care Manager
High school diploma/associate's degree or 1-1yr exp. Must possess a valid NY license and qualify as Provisional Qualified/CASAC-T. Must have Narcan training
Awake Overnight Crisis Peer Mentor
HS diploma/GED or GED required. Previous peer experience preferred. Must be licensed/certified (provisional/permanent), or obtain certification within 18 months. Basic computer skills needed
OASAS Residential Counselor
1-3 years of residential support or case management experience, High School Diploma or GED, Associate's degree in Human Services or Social Work preferred
