Associate 1 - BTS - AM PE

Role Overview

The Associate 1 - BTS - AM PE will learn and apply tax compliance process standards for multiple types of corporate and/or partnership projects from initiation through completion. They will facilitate tax data gathering and document management for preparation of basic tax return filings and deliverables. The role requires effective communication and collaboration skills to achieve common goals that contribute to quality client service.

What You Will Do

The Associate 1 - BTS - AM PE will handle and complete multiple tasks within a defined timeline and in accordance with quality control standards. They will work with engagement lead to achieve common goals and participate in periodic training and professional development.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or MBA finance from reputable universities with excellent academic result, majoring in Accounting, Taxation or Finance. They will have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and understanding of annual US and state tax return compliance requirements for corporate and/or partnership entity types.

• Effective verbal, written and organizational skills to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and engagement teams
• Ability to manage time and multiple assignments based on instructions provided to meet or exceed expectations in a deadline driven environment
