Job description
A Team Lead will be responsible for delivering operational engagements by leading a team of Analysts and Sr. Analysts, providing exceptional client/customer experience in an efficient and effective manner.
Maintenance of Service Levels, reporting of issues, providing day-to-day guidance to the team, and maintaining policies and processes.
The role requires good people management skills, experience of leading a small team, and the ability to build and maintain internal networks.
