Job description
As a Manager - AI Engineer, you will lead a team of developers in creating scalable and maintainable backend systems, developing Agentic AI based applications, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices in backend development and AI.
Design and develop RESTful APIs, implement modular architecture, troubleshoot backend issues, conduct code reviews, and stay updated with industry trends. Research and develop Agentic AI based applications, integrate with LLMs, design and develop RAG based applications, and implement and optimize AI algorithms.
This role requires strong leadership skills, ability to mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a passion for AI and machine learning. You should be able to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and evaluate their potential impact on current projects.
