Job description
The Senior Analyst is responsible for conducting periodic reviews to fulfill Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, delivering against targets for productivity and quality.
Conduct corporate renewal reviews, understand client policy and procedures, and manage caseload throughout the end-to-end process.
Requires ability to work to high standards of quality, proactive review and follow-up on referrals and queries, and ability to determine needs for escalation.
