Role Overview

East Penn Mfg is a leader in energy storage solutions seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to join their team. The role requires a strong understanding of both mechanical components and electrical systems.

What You Will Do

Assemble and install electrical and mechanical components, diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, perform routine maintenance, and document repairs.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, an associate degree or technical diploma in Electro-Mechanical Technology, and strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, PLCs, and mechanical systems.

Requirements

• Associate degree or technical diploma in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, PLCs, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
• Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic instruments, and maintenance software
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to bend, twist, do extensive walking, lift up to 50 lbs, and have good hand-eye coordination
• Valid state driver's license
