2-10 years of experience in a Clerk of Works, site inspection, or construction quality assurance role, with a strong understanding of building regulations, standards, and construction methods

GCSEs or equivalent, NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or similar qualification, and at least 2 years' experience using keyboard and Microsoft Office applications
Finance Business Partner - Planning
2+ years of experience in finance business partnering, supervising staff, and financial management
Contract Manager - Heating
5-10 years of experience in contract management, building practices, and programme management, with a relevant qualification in building services/mechanical/electrical systems
Housing Support Finance Officer
Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work independently, effective time management skills, GCSEs or equivalent
Senior Environmental Protection Officer
A degree in Environmental Health, experience with Environmental Protection and Regulation, mentoring skills, and a collaborative mindset
Resident Liaison Officer (Warm Homes Wave 3)
Excellent communication skills, ability to engage with stakeholders, and follow procedures
Environmental Protection Officer
A degree in Environmental Health or a related subject is required
