Planning Information Support Apprentice

East Suffolk Council is seeking an enthusiastic apprentice to join their Planning and Building Control service area as a Planning Information Support Apprentice. The role involves learning to maintain accurate land and property records and providing support to end users and colleagues. Excellent numeracy, ICT, and written skills are essential, as well as a passion to provide excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Aptitude for ICT
• Educated to A-level standard or equivalent
• English and Maths GCSEs at Grades 4-9 or Grade C and above (or equivalent)
