Job Description
The North Face is seeking a Floor Supervisor to direct, develop, and motivate a team of brand associates, ensuring a consistent best-in-class customer experience. The role involves partnering with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maximize profitability, developing staff, and engaging customers. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of store management experience in a fast-paced retail environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
Requirements
- 1+ years of store management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales results
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced store environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Physical ability to operate office equipment, stand for entire work shift, and lift up to 50 pounds
