We have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Product Owner specialising in Identity and Access Management to join our e-Commerce Team. This role is central to enhancing our user experience and ensuring secure, personalised interactions across our platforms.
Requirements
- Strong Product mindset, build products based on customer needs, not opinions
- Experience owning digital identity products and improving self-serve account journeys in B2C
- Deep understanding of UX, Accessibility and how to build with inclusion in mind
- Expert knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, including encryption, threat detection, and account lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
- Ability to balance seamless customer experience with robust cybersecurity, ensuring user trust and platform resilience.
- Strong communicator, comfortable with ambiguity and confident using data to validate decisions
- Understanding of data privacy laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) and their implications on identity and personalisation.
- Familiar with SSO, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and secure session management.
- 3+ years of proven Product management experience in a B2C e-Commerce environment
- Avid Agile practitioner
- Can do attitude, positive, delivery & results orientated team player
- Familiar with WCAG 2.2 principles and guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast paced, ambitious team under pressure
- Airline/Travel industry experience desired although not necessary
- Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, ContentSquare and Userlytics
