Lead Electrical Engineer

Lead Electrical Engineer position based in Davenport, Iowa, USA, responsible for leading electrical/electronics development, design, analysis, and testing, with a focus on complex electrical projects and requirements development, adherence to local and industry processes and standards, design direction, analysis, and verification. The role involves providing technical direction, mentoring, and support to team members, as well as participating in technology roadmap development, design reviews, and customer engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with electrical hardware and electronics design.
• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering Degree from an ABET accredited program.
• 7 years of Electrical Engineering experience
• 5 years experience as a leader of product development efforts with requirements development, validation, and verification, direct customer engagement, technical solutions development, systems documentation, and root cause problem solving.
• Experience with PCB design and analysis preferred
