Lead Engineer - Electrical

We are looking for a Lead Engineer - Electrical to join our team in Pune, India. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for interpreting customer requirements and translating them into final design packages for switchboard manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Power Systems
• 10-15 years of hands-on experience in Electrical design
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and EPlan
• Experience in working with Global partners
• Excellent delegation skills and decision making
• Strong stakeholder management experience
