Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is seeking a Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift to maintain and repair machinery, equipment, plant utilities, and buildings. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, three years of maintenance experience, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• Repair malfunctioning machines and equipment
• Maintain equipment such as air compressors, forklift batteries, and basic plumbing
• Complete scheduled inspections of dock plates and overhead doors
• Keep detailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentation
• Use and maintain hand and power tools safely
• Experience operating scissor lifts and comfortable working at heights
• Building/assembling of workstations, office furniture, hanging banners or signage
• Installs and relocates safety barriers and bollards
