Material Handler - B-shift

The Material Handler - B-shift role is responsible for providing manufacturing expertise and support in the Shipping area, including allocation of materials, planning, and shipping. The position involves operating forklifts and cranes, receiving and storing materials, and supporting assembly and fabrication requirements.

Requirements

• Forklift and/or crane operation experience
• Broad range of knowledge in materials planning, scheduling, receiving, shipping, and tracking systems
• High school diploma or GED
• Computer literacy and skills in Excel, Word, DMM, AS400, Mapics, Vista, and Outlook
• Knowledge of Lean concepts and processes related to steel and bus fabrication, purchasing, receiving, shipping, and inventory control
