Supply Chain Programs Manager

The Supply Chain Programs Manager is responsible for improving inbound supply reliability and execution predictability across a $400M+ commercial products business. The role owns supplier transaction integrity, supply execution issue management, and operational follow-through to support accurate inventory, backlog conversion, and service performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with suppliers, supporting sourcing or transition initiatives, and managing execution or quality issues in a complex operating environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and prioritize effective solutions
• Comfortable taking ownership and driving issues to closure with minimal supervision
• Clear, practical communicator able to work across sourcing, quality, operations, engineering, logistics, and customer service teams
• Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain focus in a fast-moving, service-critical environment
• Demonstrates sound judgment, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset focused on preventing repeat issues and improving execution reliability
