Product Manager: Payments Mandates & Regulatory Readiness

At EBANX, we believe barriers were made to be broken. We are a global company with offices in Curitiba, São Paulo, Shanghai, Singapore, and Johannesburg, and we are looking for a Product Manager to build and lead our strategy for scheme and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Fluent English
• Proven experience in product management, payments, regulatory compliance, or fintech infrastructure
• Strong understanding of the global payment ecosystem, scheme rules (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), and regulatory frameworks
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory or scheme requirements and translate them into product impact
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Experience working in agile environments and leading multi-team initiatives under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguity, build processes from scratch, and drive predictable execution in complex contexts
