Deal Implementation Specialist

Role Overview

The Deal Implementation Specialist will join the Cazenove Deal Implementation Team, providing a centralised dealing function for the Wealth Management business. The team supports Portfolio Managers and the Investment Team, liaising with multiple stakeholders across the business. The role is based in London, with the possibility of remote work.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will manage and implement significant order books, transmit investment decisions into client portfolios, and accurately replicate model changes across numerous portfolios. They will also manage internal unit trust portfolios, transition client portfolios into internal portfolio funds, and perform daily FX and cash flows.

Requirements

• Strong Excel skills
• Knowledge and proven experience of employing AI into operational processes
• IT literacy – ability to develop using SQL (or similar) and/or keenness to learn
• Skilled at using MS Office
• Eikon/Bloomberg experience
• Understanding of dealing and settlement across different investment instruments
• Knowledge/experience of the investment industry
• Back office/operations background
• Experience of working for financial services' businesses
• IAQ, IOC or IMC
