Senior Solutions Consultant – French speaking Europe (France, French speaking Switzerland and Belgium )

EBSCO Information Services is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to deliver expert technical, workflow, and functional consulting to secure and preserve SaaS business by pairing deep domain expertise with consultative, value-led solutioning. The ideal candidate will have fluency in written and spoken French and English, a deep understanding of SaaS, APIs, authentication, cloud, and data integrations, and experience managing complex sales cycles and providing direct customer service.

Requirements

• Three (3) year college/university degree
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English
• Minimum two (2) years of experience and excellence in presenting as well as written communication
• Deep understanding of SaaS, APIs, authentication, cloud, and data integrations
• Proven success managing complex sales cycles and aligning solutions to measurable customer outcomes
• Proficiency with demo tooling, and diagramming/architecture tools
• Experience providing direct customer service preferably in a consultancy/library setting
• Two (2) plus years of experience with HTML, JavaScript (jQuery, React/Redux) and/or Node development
