Job Description
eCabs is looking for a Human Resources Executive to lead the administration of Human Resources policies, programs and initiatives, providing front-line support in recruitment, onboarding, training, and internal/external communications.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience working in a similar position.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills in Maltese.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and flexibility with work schedule to accommodate last minute requests.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and complete projects with limited supervision.
- Skilled in managing confidential issues with discretion.
- Possess an eye for detail and ability to work under pressure.
