Requirements
- Assist sales partners and customers in payment arrangements.
- Communicate with various audiences regarding discrepancies in charges, payments, credits, or balances.
- Monitor and maintain payment schedules.
- Respond to customer and field requests to obtain payment.
- Review unallocated payments, credits, and debits.
- Complete account reconciliations.
- Submit and follow up on payment moves, credits, & refunds.
- Assist in related work and projects.
