ServiceNow Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices
• Customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ÏTSM, CSM, APO, MCO, Finance Management, Employee Centre
• Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
• Create and manage workflows, FlowDesinger and ETL, Integration Hub, DataFabric/Zero Copy Connectors, tranformation
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of platform issues
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and change management processes
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles
